I mean, I would normally agree with you, but clearly you’d rather go through the trouble of sifting the cesspool of Rocket servers instead of just easily finding a vanilla server, where P2W literally doesn’t exist.
Oh well, beggars can’t be choosers 
You cant really blame the server or server owners.
I personally would never sell admin, unbans or op kits on a survival server,
but making money with something people apperantly enjoy, wheres the problem?
Also, in the very bottom of you second screenshot there is a server you might enjoy.

“keep skills” - ruins the entire survival experience. I’m flexible enough to accept amped loot, amped exp, tpa, and home with cooldowns, and thats about it :^)
At the end of the day, if you don’t like the current server meta then I’d just not play or create your own servers (which I think you already do).
It’s your own fault for being so choosy. I just go onto a server, I don’t care how it’s run, I just play for the experience.
