Looks like the quick reload animation (drops to ground rather than you taking the time to store it in your inventory).

Was continuing work on the animation tools, so it was good timing for a test! 
Quick reload was removed while working on some attachment stuff a while ago, but will probably be re-implemented.

Insurgency Sandstorm does this where if you double tap your reload key it reloads faster, but drops the mag. I see no reason why Unturned can’t do this (but unlike in Sandstorm you should be able to pick the magazine up after its hit the ground).
