Recently I have thought of a few Ideas, which I think might work in Unturned 2
now keep in mind this is just my opinion of what might work.
Swiss army knife multi functionally
now I think this Idea has already been though of:
so basically I hope that in Unturned 2 that Swiss army has multiple features, like knife (for stabbing), Screwdriver (for dismantling) scissors (for cutting up cloth/paper to make makeshift bandages and…um collages?) However each tool has it’s own durability and when used the durability will decrease quicker then with it’s tool counterpart.
Recovering missing keys
Recently I have been playing Death Road to Canada
Now If you haven’t played it, the premise is simple: you travel to Canada and recruit people, scavenge for resources and try not to get killed by the hordes of Zombies. but In the game If you don’t have a vehicle an event will play where you will find a car but the keys are missing, so you must go and find the keys with in the hords of zombies.
I think this could work for unturned 2. in Devlog 16, Nelson stated that there will will be a starting the car animation. which means that the car must have keys. so I think that the keys should be a separate object which you would need to start the car normally.
But finding keys this dosen’t just have to be for cars. it could be…say, in farms to open barn doors or buildings, or locked safes/ lockers, and it dosen’t have to be just keys, this could also apply to key cards or many notes which will allow you to use on a combination lock.
Cinematic start
Now in Unturned 3 when you start up a new world you sort of just pop! into existence, I think that when you start a new world is should have cool cinematic start
Eg:
Darkness. Your eyes blink slowly, you look up, far off a siren wails, followed by a robotic voice which booms: “Warning biological outbreak occurring, seek shelter and stay off the streets.” you feebly stand up and you finally gain control.
or something like that.
well what do you people think of my ideas?
