I’m working on a small map that has blizzards. I want to make it sound as if when you are inside a building, the blizzard noises dampen. I believe this could be done with custom ambient nodes while the weather is active, but I want to know if it’s possible to somehow connect the ambient nodes to the weather conditions, so the dampened noises only happen when the blizzard is active.
You could do this by attaching a weather hook to an object inside of a building, but I don’t know if you’d be able to do exactly what you’re looking for with it since the background noise of the blizzard would still be playing. It would be a really nice addition if it was added to the ambient nodes though.
