You can change Unturned II intro changing video that is called “Credit.mp4” to another video with the same name.

Step 1:
Unturned II --> Properties… --> Browse Local files

Step 2:
open this folders:
InkedScreenshot_1_LI
↓
InkedScreenshot_2_LI
↓
InkedScreenshot_3_LI

Step 3:
change this mp4 file to another mp4 file with the same name.
