The idea is incredibly vague and we don’t know enough about 4.0.

To be fair, to drive a submarine (normal navy style) would take an entire crew. Something like a research submarine (one of the small ones) would probably fit the game more, being utilised by people like Scorpion-7 (if they’re in 4.0). All in all, submarines would be cool, just not the type most people think of.

We dont need a game to be released to release our opinions and ideas.
Except this isn’t even a real suggestion, it’s just a vague request to add submarines into 4.0.
Also, I was referring to how I’m known around here to critique on the feasibility and impact of suggestions for the game
