Empty magazines disappear when scrapping weapon & Empty nailgun magazines persist

For some reason, when a weapon with an empty magazine is scrapped, the magazine vanishes along with the weapon. Doesn’t seem intentional.

Additionally, when combining nailgun magazines, an empty magazine is left in the inventory.

EDIT: Just found out that paintball hoppers exhibit the same behavior as nailgun magazines

Because they’re non-refillable. All other non-refillable magazine attachments are deleted when emptied (i.e., Paintball Hoppers).

In this case, I’d just make it so instead of crafting nailgun magazines with four nails, nails are used to refill the magazine in increments of five.

IIRC they used to disappear in earlier patches, but for some reason, in the current build, they stick around.
