How do I use the Dedicated Server for U3?

I want to host a dedicated server so that me and my friend could play unturned in peace. How do I do this?

I run the server, and after that what do I do?

Connect to it and that is that.
If your friend isn’t in your LAN you’d need to port forward too. Might want to configure the server while you are at it. I suggest checking the official documentation.
