How will trunk space work

Ok since we have cars how will trunk space work?

  1. Drop an item on the floor in there and shut the trunk
  2. Open trunk and click on the trunk to access/ store items in there. Once you store it will show the items on the floor of the trunk or something.

With option 1 it will be easier to pick up items off the trunk floor, but this might be very buggy. Option 2 you will have to hit f or something to access it like a crate.

Welp if this was already suggested pls no scream,but leave comments what you think how trunks would work.

I’m all for option 2 since it’ll look and feel cleaner. Placing the items in the trunk as if it was an inventory would make the said items appear in the opened trunk for other players to see what’s inside (like the gun racks in 3.0 for example), it would also look neat.

I’m for option 2, because it’s more organized and also because option 1 will make the trunk an infinite storage.

Option 2, i like to see the items on the trunk, but i want to be organisated (ex: food to food, weapons to weapons and scraps to scraps). It will bee so cool!

True about how option 1 is gonna be broken. Option 2 is best
