Chances are that isn’t the root cause of your issue but it sure as hell isn’t helping. You can check the logs yourself, I am not going to sift through them to list all the broken/wonky ones, sorry.
Regardless of how broken the mods are you should not have 500ms ping to a server you yourself host.
yes i understand… so it looks like no unturned 
okay after a fricking 5 hours of testing literally everything i found out that the problems was with vehicles , not my network or mods or map , i just had set “Max_Instances_Large”: 999999 (idk why) which was working well but after the last update it looks like that vehicles are more demanding. i changed it to 150 and now everrything is working so good , thanks y’all for help
