The texture of your pants include skin color outside of the boundaries for pants.
Same goes for the shirt, and is also the reason your skin turns yellow and the face disappears.

ThatGuyYouDontKnow is correct – you mistakenly included textures that are covering up the shirt (and other unintended areas) on your pants, and the same applies to the actual shirt’s texture.
