Many eons ago, when car health was not displayed, many akin to you; would state that “it is balanced because it’s rare.” Yet throughout time and space as man would know it, we see this statement to be false as it has repeated itself across the subreddit many times.
Just thought I should point that out, the gun looks fine for 3.x, but it just seems like a Maplestrike with a Drum Magazine.
I think you dropped that part. It would be a collectors item.
