My server doesn't appear in servers list

So I have hosted a server and made port-forwarding (27015, 27016, 27017). People can connect to it from outside of LAN, but I can’t see the server in in-game list (not in “Internet” tab, “LAN” works well). I tried to look for a solution in the internet, but didn’s found one except making port-forwarding. What am I probably doing wrong?

P.S. It’s hosted at 5.129.190.73:27015, named “[SIB] Ruticania PvP”.
