It’s not all-inclusive because anyone on light themes won’t be able to read half of that legibly.

By technicality the text still displays, it’s just up to the eyes of the user to pick up on it. Plus, the deep blue is hard to see on dark themes so it evens out to bias-free treatment. :)))
