I created a mod of vehicles and it worked, but I could not fill with gasoline or use other items like blowtorch or carjack.
Even if I use the sample file, it still has the same problem.

Screenshots or copy-pastes of relevant information would be useful. It is very difficult to people to help you based on a statement of it not working.
Copy-paste of your asset’s .dat file and a screenshot of the Unity bundle, please?
I’ve got the same problem too. I can’t punch or shoot the car i bundled, but zombies can damage it.
