Hello, If I found a glitch in the game that can be used to make some modded cars fly, do I even report that to Nelson as it is a modded glitch?

If it doesn’t work for vanilla cars then no. You would report it to the mod maker.
Report it to the mod maker first, if the problem is with the mod they can fix it, if it’s with the game itself, they probably can get the best information on why the game would be breaking the mod.
