So, they are not secret skins. Only moderators of the game can get these items. You are not able to get them unless you are a game moderator.

TSB is correct. Only moderators (Like MoltonMontro) own these items. SDG is not currently looking for applications for Forum or Steam Discussion moderators at the moment, so it is functionally unobtainable.

Yes you can technically make it to mod on the Discord but rest assured not worth it just for the skins.
