I suggest that there be a way to load unturned without workshop without unsubbing to the workshop items. Maybe this menu could be used for it? So you can toggle between having workshop mods and just the base vanilla game.

Just a brief heads-up. This isn’t exactly what you’re asking for, but you can disable mods without unsubbing — you can disable mods from in-game, via the in-game Workshop section of the main menu.
