progress time boys
decided to take some time to kick off the first wave of audio passes for Stasven
the order of these is going to be
- slug weapons
- plasma weapons
- map ambience
- effects
- vehicles
- objects
for weapons it’ll be kinda interesting, since Unturned doesn’t handle firerate very well (you can tell by how the firerate’s going ape in the video) but they’ll hopefully sound good enough to cover that up
as for map itself, we’re adding a lot more sound sources like computers beeping and radios playing and buzzing server racks and all that so it’ll really make you feel like The Stasven Guy
I’ve also been doing some cleanup work on the Unity project, going from this disaster:

have you ever seen the video where a guy draws a circle around a little ant with a pen
and the ant stops functioning and is trapped in the pen circle forever
just that
but you can shoot the ant in the head
