Subnautica has a great way to deal with feedback. When inputting feedback, it goes to another website (https://subnautica.unknownworlds.com/) where issues can be seen.
This might be a pretty good way to get quick feedback after releasing an update, you can even include a screenshot.
Never played Subnautica, but I will definitely find this very useful for 4.0.
That seems user friendly, I wonder if it gets the information that Nelson would need.
