Towns, Houses, and Service Buildings

For Unturned 4.0, I would like to suggest reasonable house models and a reasonable amount of service buildings and houses in each town.

In my opinion many of the house models for Unturned 3.0 aren’t fair, many of them having only two rooms. (Whenever I look for a house on a roleplay server, I feel like I’m on the ‘Tiny House Hunters’ show, lol.)
Maybe add bathrooms as another room addition, instead of having a bath tub in your bedroom.
Back exits, and probably sliding doors?
Access to the garage from the inside of the house.

I’d also like to see some more reasonable town plans. Take Charlottetown for example, the service buildings outnumber the houses in the area. Post Office, Hardware, Diner, Fire Station, Pharmacy, Police Station, Gas Station, Mechanic. 3 houses? Where do the workers come from to manage 8 businesses? Especially for roleplay servers, I’d like for houses to be more available so they don’t have to bunk in their shops, which could potentially get raided. (And in some places, it’s illegal to live in Commercial Property.)

I would like the houses to be more realistic, but I’m pretty sure they won’t be made in mind for roleplay. That’s kind of what mods are for

More realistic town layouts are certainly needed.

Towns aren’t a square. I have no idea why in Unturned, you go from completely open road to a town. That’s not how that works. Towns are fairly spread out, with houses generally lining the sides of roads leading into the main part of town.

I hope to see small clusters of houses alongside roads, as well as towns that are more spread out and have more homes.

In addition, I really hope we get some meaningful loot in these towns. It doesn’t need to be a good gun, or something like that, but I’m tired of avoiding towns unless they have a certain type of building in them.

The reasons are because it’s simpler to make square towns, and because navmeshes in 3.X are squareish.
