I found a glitch in the game that will almost break all servers with Tpa on and no its not the cave glitch this is like 10 times more abusive but I think it can easily be fixed by Nelson but idk where to send it

If you show the result of the glitch without uncovering the steps for possible abusers you can end up by attracting the attention of nelson, then maybe ask him if you can send hip the steps of the exploit by DM.

Tpa is a rocket command that isn’t something that nelson can really fix fully

Rocket plugs can be easily be abused if they aren’t set up correctly.

That I agree. Nelson cannot really fix plugins, only core mechanics they are based on (both of which would take time away from II)
