Is that a Windows operating system, or a theme for a Linux operating system? Do any Steam games run on this system – Steam doesn’t necessarily support older operating systems.
Which version of Unturned are you trying to play? Since you’re playing on a 32-bit system, you should be using the 32bit-windows beta branch. Alternatively, any of the older branches/versions of the game.
In a different topic, you mentioned using OpenGL. If you’re looking for launch options, here’s a list of all of them: Command-line arguments — Unturned 0.1 documentation. You can force OpenGL with the command -force-glcore.
i am using unturned 3.14 with -force-opengl

Off the top of my head, that doesn’t sound like one of the beta branches for Unturned available through Steam. Have you tried playing Unturned through one of the aforementioned beta branches instead?
