The island looks way too boxy, maybe a bit too small. The safezone with the hangars is too big, it should be scaled down a bit. Otherwise, make sure everything is detailed, and make sure the map is big enough and has enough locations.

The island’s terrain looks a little bland, maybe try adding some rocky cliffs, some other smaller islands around the edges, or just make the island a bit more wavy on the edges. It might also look nice if you use different materials for the island or make your own, but I think the maps looks very nice already.
