Either riding it or somebody else driving it, I can’t hear the sound but only engine restart.
It’s a problem with your muffler
Ask your mechanic and he might fix it

I think you need to replace your blinker fluid.
It’s easy just turn up the volume
that may actually be it (I missread the title as “Urine got silent”)

Adding more information:
The issue of not hearing sound happens when you are on the F2 passenger seat, maybe all others as well, except when you are the driver.
I double-checked the vanilla Urals and they seemed fine. Was it a modded Ural / from one of the non-vanilla maps?
We had two vehicles, it’s either the Ural or the APC, server is vanilla, no mods. We got raided after I posted and cannot ride it again to doble check myself but I did check the sound many times before I posted. At worst I confused the vehicle model but the issue itself is real.
