Macs are bad. I’ve seen hundreds of threads about people having bad performance issues in Unturned over 5 or so years now and in the majority of those threads the OP had a Mac or apple product. Build a decent PC yourself and stop paying for the brand name, exclusive hardware and software, and bad performance.
