Will all guns be added to UII?

While I agree with your points, the Fusilaut in 3.0 is only OP because of the insane DPS.

Considering semi-auto weapons will actually work this time around, and generally guns across the board will fire faster by the looks of it, the Fusilaut could very validly make a return.

Of course, you could just rebalance the Fusilaut for UII.

Considering France is in NATO , it might be possible that if infection start in Canada / USA, French government would send soldiers to help , meaning you could maybe find famas there .
Also, in 3.x famas used 2 kinds of ammunition’s while in 4.x it would use NATO rounds only instead .
In 3.x The famas had a large DPS but would it keep it in 4.x , in my opinion, it’s certainly less cancer than honey badger of thoses others weapons overused by players .

It’s balanced realistic because it’s rare.

Multicaliber weapons aren’t really that bad, it’s just that they were a poorly implemented last-minute addition to 3.X. I’d be perfectly fine with being able to shoot .460 S&W Magnum, .454 Casull, .45 LC, .45 Schofield and .410 Shotshells from the same revolver, or being able to swap out an AR barrel to switch between being able to feed and fire .300 BLK and .223 Remington/5.56 NATO. However, there’s not really any reason to assume that the FAMAS would be a multicaliber weapon aside from a really weird change in 3.X that tried to make the gun more interesting.

The Fusilaut could easily be rebalanced to be something that is not OP, but still more unique than it was in 3.X, as weapons in 4.X will have and effect many more stats than they did in 3.X.
And before you say some B.S. about how even though literally no one said it should be a complete copy-paste of all the old stats (and I guess you would just set the stats that weren’t in 3.X to something completely arbitrary and random) that you thought that that was obviously implied, let me remind you that the Eaglefire in 4.X is substantially different from the Eaglefire of 3.X.

My only wish for II is if Nelson makes a map set in Russia, please, for the love of god, have the military armed with actual Russian weapons! There are so many options!

Imo,there should be a variance between iconic and not-so-popular weapons in 4.0.
What I mean is that there should definitely be some weapons that we see in a lot of games such as:

M4A1
AK47
C7 (This one isn’t so iconic,but,Unturned,Canada)
colt m1911

and others.
But there should also be some new and unknown weapons that you don’t see that often such as:

ARX 160
FN 2000
Fort 12
Vitnyaz SN
Kefefs sniper rifle

Porbably not and but if he will i REALLY REALLY hope he wont add shadowstalker and shadowstalker MK2 and hell’s fury back

to be fair the Mk2 was realistically the most impractical gun in the game

A poll would probably be a good way to find a concensus. These polls will be about how powerful a cartridge/weapon should be against players, not about whether cartridges/weapons that powerful or the specific individual examples I provide should be in the game.

Which weapons/cartridges should be powerful enough to put a player in a Down-But-Not-Out state with a single shot to an unarmored head?

  • Any projectile, even less-lethal ones like wax, rubber, plastic, rocksalt, or wooden bullets, gallery/garden/novelty gun ones like .22 CB, 9 mm Brenneke, 2 mm Kolibri, and 2 mm Pinfire, and Simunitions like paint balls and plastic BBs
  • Pocket pistol cartridges like .25 ACP, .22 LR, .380 ACP, and .38 Special and anything more powerful than them
  • Service pistol cartridges like 9 mm Parabellum, 7.62 Tokarev, .40 S&W, and .45 ACP and anything more powerful than them
  • Cartridges with atleast the power of magnum pistol cartridges, like .357 Magnum, .44 Magnum, 10 mm Auto, .30 carbine
  • Cartridges with atleast the power of intermediate cartridges like 5.56 NATO, 5.8 Chinese, 5.45 Warsaw, 7.62 Soviet, .45 Centennial, 7.65 Pistolengewehr, 8 mm Kurz, .30 WCF, and .500 Magnum
  • Any cartridge more powerful than an intermediate cartridge, including Benchrest cartridges, WSSM, RSAUM, .450 Bushmaster, .458 SOCOM, .50 Beowulf, 7 mm Lantan, and 7.62 Czech, .45 Gov’t, .50 Gov’t, .577 Snider, .450 Martini
  • Any cartridge atleast as powerful as a full power service rifle cartridge, including black powder express cartridges, .30-'06, 8 mm Mauser, and 7.62 Russian
  • Any cartridge that is more powerful than a full power rifle cartridge, including nitro express, magnum rifle, AMR, HMG, and antitank rifle cartridges
  • Only explosives like grenades, rockets, mortar shells, artillery shells, tank shells
  • Nothing short of godamn thermonuclear explosion

All the guns should be added only rarer and balanced
Guns form other countries should be found in bandit locations.

Alot of guns are redundant and thats not too realistic for the most part unless there literally just cheaper to produce but worse overall, almost every gun used has a niche for something and thats why if the level of guns 3.0 had came back were gonna need all kinds of things some guns could be the best at durability others range others bullet spread others accuracy others lack of bullet drop or higher caliber or more damage or higher round capacity or cheaper repair i could go on and on, but the important part is that if a gun were to be added it needs to fill some kind of niche better then any other gun or be a worse version of the best gun for that niche but more common or cheaper
