I don’t like the new Health regeneration system, if I were in some kind of duel… my opponent just hides and gets full HP? What about the Bandages and Dressings? Why turn these obsolete?

I assume the person might be talking about how it regenerates with I believe above 90% food and water, which I think can be disabled.
I see nothing about this in the patch notes
There haven’t been any changes to health regeneration. What’s your discussion point?
