Isn’t it would be better if zombies spawn everywhere even in the forest. But in cities, they are more crowded and dangerous. In the forest, they are wandering, single and slow. Also, they won’t spawn near bases. But they will disturb your base even sometimes hordes will happen. There won’t be something like safe place.
