I would like to see exactly the same fog in the game but without the effects of burning and sound of the cave)
It is desirable that it lasts longer (maybe even the entire game day?)

It should be possible! The example weather aims to include many features because it’s easier to remove than to add. In your case, if you want to remove the sounds and effects, you’d remove the Ambient_Audio_Clip and Effects properties. You’d probably also want to remove Health_Per_Second and Stamina_Per_Second properties from it as well.
The duration (e.g., all day) is controlled on a per-level basis in the scheduled weather properties, however, rather than by the weather asset.

Perhaps you don’t quite understand me. I meant that this should be implemented in the game, not just on the server.
