It would be pretty nifty to have quick animations to open doors, pick up items, load bullets into a magazine. I’m sure this is an original idea and no one has posted this ever.

Rn we look like this, when we pick up stuff from the ground using the nearby menu.

Because you don’t wanna be left B O N E L E S S while trying to loot the streets, being chased by 86787678942753 zombies, the animation has to be really quick.

To avoid awkward moments such as running through a house, seeing a gun on a counter and awkwardly descending from running to a stop just to pick it up, animations should vary based on the position of the object and your speed.

Oh, and to avoid literally watching a 2 hr movie of you picking up a player’s loot, just have the loot in satchels, will ya? (dis already on trello and literally everywhere so dont get triggered)

Assuming this is asking for loot to not explode everywhere and just be in a storage container: in 4 you can already loot player corpses.

Well, we KINDA do have a tiny animation when you press F. Your arm just flies by the screen.

This could be done if the characters had fingers, but we have bendy rectangles for arms so a simple “arm flying by the screen” would do the trick
