This idea is very controversial , what about being enabled just on hard mod?

It could be a thing for Unturned II’s hard mode or some kind of “extreme” mode 
Extreme mode, where ripped backpacks let things fall out of pockets and poorly maintained/cleaned guns not only fail to cycle properly, but also have a chance of blowing up in your face.
