Bug report: vehicles can't be destroyed underwater

As title says, there is no way to fully destroy a vehicle underwater.
works in Unturned 3.26.4.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. drive a vehicle underwater (it must be fully submerged)

  2. damage it until it’s health reaches 0%

  3. repair it with a blowtorch

  4. carjack it out of the water

  5. Drive away

The actual problem with that is that as soon you put the vehicle out of the water it explodes.

It won’t explode if you repair it before putting it out of the water.

I know that, I’m stating a problem related to this one, it obviously won’t explode if it has over 0%

This is because if a vehicle is submerged in the water it’ll just despawn.
