When moving inside a car and returning to the server I was in that strange position, I also had a strange mobility.
The sandbox map continues to perform VERY differently in singleplayer mode, but it should probably be fixed in the future (to be very straightforward, even if this problem lasts for a long time I always prefer to play on servers).
