Building structure: add Floor ramp that can connect both ends to floors

It’s always troublesome to build at different heights as “ramps” can only connect a floor and a roof or two roofs but not two floors.

Also when a floor has more than one ramp, specially downwards, a triangular hole remains from which intruders can sneak around, so we also need a triangular building structure that can cover it without having to resort to barricades.

As an offshoot complaint about the ramp, it’s still hardcoded to require 4 pillars when in reality only the 2 pillars behind the ramp should actually be necessary to support it.
