Cannot join any servers due to client and server disagreement after the update

Ever since the update yesterday, me and my friend have not been able to join any servers whatsoever. I have seen a few more people having the same exact issue on the Unturned Offical discord server aswell. You can also see that there are people playing on the server. Things I have already tried:
-Verifying the integrity of game files
-Reinstalling the game (even deleting the game files manually)
-Unsubscribing from all workshop mods

It turns out that setting my Windows Display language to English fixed the issue.

I have seen that the majority of the people having this issue are Turkish people like myself.
