Change how Scope Quality works to improve the performance

concept video. i guess is very self explanatory. i posted this time ago on the github suggestions for unturned but yeah, always ignored. just to remark, literally al fps games works like the suggestion. i’ve played all far cry games, battlefield and more, and all of them works like i suggested

This kind of stuff is already possible with shaders, but it doesn’t really give it an optimization boost.

This is because the game is always gonna render the screen your screen a second time no matter if it’s obstructed
