I’m in a large group and our members are from three different continents, one of us crafted a clock and installed it, but it doesn’t show the right time to the other people.
I wish we could label them by cities as we can write Placards and Signs.

They are meant to track the ingame time, not actual real-world time iirc. So that’d make no sense.

go into build mode and rotate the clock
would look like this:
except all the clocks are blank
