Cloths get dirty or muddy

Like in red dead 2 when you dive into cover or fall in mud you get your cloths dirty, would be cool in unturned but eh just an idea if nelson wants to do it,

I guess it would fine, so long as it gets removed if the player stays indoors or swims for enough time.

(Would also include snow, not just dirt)

I was covering this in my post about clothing. This could impact on clothes durability if not treaten on time, so that washing them (and stitching if cut or pierced) as part of an advanced clothes maintenance feature would be a necessary thing.

OFC most players would likely scrap or throw away damaged clothes, but what if I like my black cargo pants that much?

I would also like this effect to happen with:

  • Paint
  • Blood
  • Fuel
  • Burns
  • Soft meals (if thrown against a player, like a rotten tomato, lol)
  • Dusty materials (like gunpowder, chalk, ashes or extinguisher dust)
  • And basically anything that could (and should) stain your clothes ingame

i think if you get too muddy, medicine doesn’t heal you as much as it normally does and it you are covered in like snow or water on a cold map you start to freeze

  1. Nice necro.
  2. Muddy clothes shouldn’t interfere with medication. Unless infected wounds are a thing, but probably it won’t.
