I got banned after appeal ticket in Unturned Official server where I told why I post image of “Dislike” (large finger down) to the Vlat Karaksov post in showcase. after 10 minutes of explaning why I done it I get ban for using Alt Account.

To clarify - if you were using an alt account for ban evasion, this is against our server rules and Discord’s community guidelines.

yes I can say that is my alt account but, the thing is that my main account in present is not working, because and that account was banned too, for adding reactions on showcase, works ((I added word AZOV by using the 
)) maybe I was banned because of using reactions or maybe political reason.
It looks like you have a couple accounts banned in the server. It seems that there’s been a repeat issue with disrespectful/inappropriate posts.
You cannot use alt accounts to bypass bans/blocks and rejoin the server. That is not allowed as per our server’s rules, and goes against Discord’s community guidelines. Community Guidelines | Discord
