He already said he can’t send them over USB and not every computer has Bluetooth. I’m not aware of what kind of computer he has so assuming he is able to setup a hotspot, his computer may not have WiFi capability.
I assumed USb was refering to a stick. I am 99% sure any smarthphoen that has a camera these days charges via USB, which can also be used to transmit data. I know this is nitpicking to the n-th degree, but just because he does not want to does not mean he can not
I was considering USB as whatever cable he charges the phone with. Now that I’m thinking about it though, it seems odd that he wouldn’t have that with him if he is at home.
