Also if you have a seperate PC, try it there and if it works there, possibly move the unturned files from that PC to your main one

Do you have any workshop mods installed? If so try uninstalling any outdated mods, if that doesn’t work try uninstall all mods. (It’s best to write down what mods you have so you can readd them one by one to see which mod is causing the issue)
