This happened when I was trying to exit the sewers after doing the Wrath of The Titans I and killing the stomping hulk.
Cheated my way out.
The ladders don’t block the player but you just fell off out of the map so it’s kinda useless.

Actually it happen when I tried to leave the sewers after climbing to the top of the ladder and after the press f to leave the sewers highlight, then proceeded to go up, I kind of glitched when I was at the very top and half-way out.
