Since all the other emergency vehicles got their own german version it could be nice to have a police launch like the german police car/helicopter 
Germany map isn’t map with a lot of water, so I think it isn’t thing we need.
A new police location would have to be added for it to spawn at first: possibly a police station at Hamburg.
Well the police launch on PEI can spawn at the Pirate Cove, Hamburg already has a police station, underwater
