I am not talking about the tires that are usable on cars,the ones that are on the map just as textures,unusable props.
Why? For what reason?
Being useless isn’t a good reason. I can list you hundreds, if not thousands of items and objects that do not have any sort of role other than decoration/small gimmick.

They add detail to the repair shops, and they serve these roles well.
With that logic we also should get rid of clocks and as Yarrrr said, many other objects. Do you really want all the buildings being empty ?
