Ground not appearring on any map

whenever i play on any map the floor just doesn’t appear i can still see streets and buildings but i can’t see any floor [floor as in the grass and such] i have already verified the game cache but i haven’t tried restating as from what i have heard i dosent work

you say you’ve tried restarting, but have you tried reinstalling the game completely?
