Basically, like the home SDG website, having some handy links to all the other places.
In this case the SDG site, the Unturned page on Steam, the development blog, and the official 4.0 wiki. For consistency the forum is also there, but is bolded to make it clear that you are already on the forum. This can just be omitted if you wish though since it’s unnecessary
EDIT: also, optionally, adding a link to the Twitter feed, and the 4.x Wishlist Trello may be warranted, perhaps with small icons rather than a word
