Hawaii has some issues with the vehicle spawns, most notably the helipad at Alika base, which spawns the Bouncer too low, causing it to clip into the ground. In addition, there is one odd fire truck spawn near Pahala police station(picture included) and at least one seemingly random item spawn near Tadaaki light(picture included).
