I tried making a server torugh LAN so I can play whit my frinds.I made the server is functional for me . We made a Hamachi network so we can play together . My friend cant see the server on lan conection , he also tried a direct connect whit the ip: localhost and port 27015 . Any help?
Have you tried instead of localhost using your IPv4 address?

Localhost works only on your PC, even in wired LAN you need to type in a local IPv4 address. Hamachi provides its local IP
