-If you are bleeding and do not have bandages you or a friend can put pressure on you to slow the bleeding.
-Use zombie guts to temporarily disguise in hordes the effect ends in the rain.
-Possibility to make fuel through corn ethanol.
-able to connect a generator system to poles energizing several cities at the same time.
-When run over players are thrown away.
-Length gestures such as wrists.
PS: Thanks to the discussions about engines compatible with corn ethanol I suggest the possibility of replacing vehicle engines with others that accept ethanol but reduce the power of the car so the biggest utility for them would be in the creation of improvised vehicles.
I don’t understand any of these (the ones I pointed out)… Or their utilities.
Like kingFrog said there’s no point on the corn ethanol one, also how the fuck do you even do it, don’t you need like 9000 IQ or a whole factory/farm for it?
Whistle has a point here, and there’s no need for “muh zombie guts cosplay”.
And I don’t understand what the fuck did you try to say on the last one.
I’m starting to wonder how well people can actually put together what something means with a few words wrong.
Like really, is it that hard to understand what he means? If you have watched the walking dead you will understand the putting guts and blood on yourself to make zombies ignore you.
Some types of fuel are made using corn BTW, and the final one he was saying we should have gestures, ex. Waving, know what you know WTF gestures are. I don’t need to explain.
Edit. You acted like you didn’t know what he was saying, then later go ahead and say you know all of them except one. That…
We can all tell the majority of what OP was trying to say, but few of us can understand what could possess him to say such things.
That is objectively and verifiabley untrue.
He said he was quoting the parts that he didn’t understand the meaning/purpose of and also pointed out an unquoted portion that he didn’t understand either.
Nope. It’s more specific than that, but what more he’s trying to say about gestures can be difficult to parse.
Refers specifically to fistbumps (and maybe high fives? ) as he clarified here:
Since I haven’t replied to this and it seems to still be active;
I suppose staunching bleeding could be a good feature, but really it should take a good 15 seconds or so of not moving to perform, and the effect would be temporary. In addition to this, tourniquets being added would be fantastic.
Yeah…no. This stuff only really makes sense in movies and TV, let’s leave it there (plus, wouldn’t rubbing zombie innards on yourself be a really fast way to get sick?)
Only very specific kinds of engines can take corn ethanol as fuel, and these vehicles are known as FFVs (Flex-Fuel Vehicles). The vast majority of vehicles are not FFVs, therefore this really wouldn’t belong ingame (until perhaps improvised vehicles come around).
Mildly interesting side-note from my research
I found a US-based tool that allows you to check various models of civilian vehicles to see if they would be FFVs. Check it out for yourself, though I do not condone any of the political stances the site seems to hold.
Now this I’d actually like to see. The power grids of cities would be knocked out to start with for obvious reasons, but with enough resources and frequent/expensive maintenance, it would be cool to begin liberating locations from the Turned. To an extent, of course.
Players should be dead. At slower speeds like 20 km/h though, sure?
Assuming you mean basic hand gestures, I don’t see why not.
how bout vegetable oil and diesel enignes, got eem
im joking of course
but you shouldnt have said biofuel in general because most ffv engines only take methanol or ethanol
get googled my dude
feel free to correct me
Flex-fuel vehicles (FFVs) can run on gasoline, ethanol (blends up to E85), or any combination of the fuels, in the same tank.
Clearly they actually are able to use both the aforementioned corn ethanol as well as standard gasoline. I have no clue how you managed to miss that in your extensive research foray
i read that they used gasoline as well as ethanol, i wasn’t talking about that.
i only meant that most FFVs dont take all biofuels and that they only take alcohol based biofuels
now, how about we ruin this thread with unnecessary arguing because of a joke i made
It doesn’t matter. This post is about corn ethanol, and FFVs are all able to use corn ethanol.
OP suggested corn ethanol as a fuel, but most vehicles are not FFVs, therefore corn ethanol fuels do not belong in Unturned II. That’s all I care about as far as this discussion is concerned, and if you want to make jokes, feel free to elsewhere. But I’m staying on topic and I stand by my original point above. In addition, corn ethanol is a major type of biofuel, and that’s what I intended to get across either way, but if it’s still so unclear I’ll just reword it.
